With over 25 years of culinary experience, Jourdan brings passion, precision, and a deep-rooted love for fine cuisine to every plate. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, he is a proud graduate of Baltimore International College, where he earned his degree in Professional Cooking and Baking.
In 2008, he relocated to South Carolina, where he honed his craft in some of the region’s most acclaimed kitchen from the exclusive resorts of Kiawah Island to the vibrant culinary scene of Downtown Charleston and beyond. His dedication to excellence and artistry quickly made him a standout in the world of fine dining.
After starting a family, Jourdan discovered his true calling: creating upscale private dining experiences tailored to the unique needs of discerning clients. Today, he specializes in providing high-end culinary services in some of the Lowcountry’s most prestigious retirement communities, delivering meals that are as elegant as they are memorable.
